Services are provided to Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties through six subcontractors: Alcohol and Substance Abuse Council of Jefferson County, Carthage Central School, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County, Mental Health Association, North Country Adolescent Outreach and Watertown City Schools. |
