1 mile RT, easy; This extensive wetland habitat is located on the St. Lawrence River west of Massena. From NYS Rt. 37 go north on NYS Rt. 131 to Willard Road, turn left to parking area. The short nature trail leads to an observation tower that overlooks the refuge and offers excellent waterfowl viewing.
